About the project

The project implies creation of a service with two roles (admin and the user) that allows employees to reserve a place for meetings or coworking purposes and manage their bookings in real time.

There is also an option of booking a custom parking space that takes into account the type and make of the vehicle.

Workspace booking system

Users can search for and book the workplace using various filters, like location within the office, date and room capacity. After they’ve made a decision which workspace to book, they mark it on the floor layout.

Visitor booking: registered users can make reservations for office visitors by applying the above principles.

Easy system of booking and reservations management. The users can create, edit and delete reservations, change the number of attendees, as well as transfer the booked space to another person.

Ability to view last month's bookings for analytical comparisons of occupancy.

Workplace availability

Creation of the virtual layout of the building floors and enabling the possibility of identifying and viewing the workplace location within the office.

Customized parking space booking

Customized parking space booking feature (available for registered users and their guests): the possibility to reserve one or several parking spaces designated for specific types of vehicles.

To allocate the parking space, the app collects the following information: type (whether or not the vehicle is electric), vehicle make, color and registration number.

Users management

Enabling registration possibility for the company and its employees in order to book and use the space.

Contactless entry system

Unlocking the doors using QR codes and motion sensors.

Property management

The possibility of entrusting the management of the entire floor to one person.

To enable convenient and seamless booking of office space with the help of the web app.

Functionality

User authorization. Registration in the WEB app is possible only by prior invitation.
WEB dashboard creation with booking statistics for the past period.
Ability to monitor the workspace occupancy at the layout in real time.
Ability to create, edit and delete rooms/workspace reservations in the application.
Filling in the user/guest profile details and entering vehicle information.

Search by filtering options, like type of workplace, number of people and date, with the ability to assign the space to both authorized and unauthorized persons.
Ability to book a workplace for the whole day (Day pass).
Ability to configure: messages, space types, integration, room and parking booking.
Reservation of a parking space according to the type of the vehicle.
