Goals pursued
The primary goal of the project was to develop a digital solution for landlords of commercial property allowing effortless management of their property and services, reducing expenses & simplifying the whole rent process.The team's efforts were aimed at:
Improving user interface to match user needs.
Ideating and validating possible inconveniences in user experience and finding relevant solutions.
Solving major client-related issues, like spam calling after using the service, geo mapping of property.
Possibility of comparison of several property options, complicated rental process and documentation.

Challenges faced during project development
Problem with schedules and exposure of buyers’ contact information to the third party
We have developed a scheduling system that allows agents and prospective buyers to arrange time slots for property viewing without exposing the contact information to the third party.
IOT (security and fire alarm system)
Security video streaming system has been introduced. Air temperature screening on the floor and the ceiling levels has been implemented. Smoke sensors have been installed.
Navigation issue
We have set up a geo location-based feature that will notify users when their present location is close to the property that fits their predefined criteria.
Property comparison
This feature allows users to bookmark potential property for subsequent side-by-side comparison. If multiple options are chosen, they will be displayed in a carousel format. Users will be able to pin any listing and make it the main criterion for comparison with the other selected options.
Fake property listings elimination
To resolve the problem of fake listings, the team has come up with a “Verified Unit” feature for trustworthy property.
Payment reminders
Our team has developed technology with built-in payment reminders for tenants.
Chatbot
Our development team has installed AI Chatbot, capable of delivering personalized information on property rules and regulations tailored to the buyer’s queries and needs. It was programmed to handle multiple language options for a wider user base.
Different prices for different clients
We have set up a discount scheme for tenants who rent in bulk — the floor or whole building.

We have added the auto notification function for vacated rental space on a “Wanted List.”-

The solution simplifies tenant onboarding by:
Sending an invitation link to a tenant.
The landlord can send a welcome link to the tenants to get them authorized in the application.
Getting Lease Agreement signed without scheduling and physical presence.
With the digital signature, the agreement can be signed virtually, which saves a lot of time for both parties.
Tenants management.
Secure funds collection, prevention of stolen and lost cash, synchronization with multiple bank accounts for each property unit.
Alert system.
It is a security system comprising video streaming and a fire alarm system.
Maintenance ticketing and messaging.
Monitoring requests through the maintenance tracking system.
Office 3D virtual tours.
This functionality allows clients to have a better understanding of what the offices look like without visiting the premises.
Seamless and automated reports generation
to track expiring leases and unit vacancies; data analysis using multiple dashboard views.
Getting basic details & documents.
The service allows both the landlord and the tenants to upload, store and share the necessary documents.
Quick and easy-to-understand financial, rental and utility reports, utility reports and analytics for the landlords as well as their clients.
It’s possible to review the report summary or apply filtering, sorting, totalling and grouping criteria to generate the report you need. Printing and exporting reports to PDF/Excel files are
enabled.
Electronic invoicing.
Automated invoice and receipt generation, creation of multiple invoice types (electricity, gas, parking, service charges, etc.).
